Dr Billoo was awarded the Sitara-i-Imtiaz in 2007 by Pres. Pervez Musharraf for public service. He also sits on the board of a number of medical and non-profit institutions. The photo is from June 30 2013 when Dr. Billo came to Houston for fund raising for HANDS project. He revealed at the event that the first thing he does when he goes to small villages in SIndh and other places is to befriend and get the Zamindar involved to get them to cooperate.
